My Clinic Consulting provides a mentoring program tailored to support practice managers, administrative staff without a practice manager and medical clinic owners.
The mentoring program aims to facilitate 1:1 weekly conversations, either over the phone, via Zoom, or in person, to provide tailored guidance, advice, and informal training.
Our experienced mentors are dedicated to empowering mentees with practical strategies and insights to navigate the complexities of practice management effectively.
